Frontpage converts &sub into #8834;

Found this old post on the exact same subject:

...but I don't think anyone found a solution.

Basically I'm linking to a url like www.domain.com/?var=123&sub=12

but FP converts it to www.domain.com/?var=123⊂=12
when publishing, breaking the URL.

not having much luck with my FP dabblings today, I should stick to hand editing instead...

Hello Andy! I participated in the thread you referenced above. I've not had this situation happen as of yet. I can only tell you that I've been hand editing any affiliate links as the ampersands have to be escaped to pass validation.

Maybe the hand edits and escaping the ampersands is preventing FP from doing what you describe above?
