100+ defined sites gone, Help!

I have just been ploding along doing my usual thing when Dreamweaver crashed and now when I restart the program it says I have no defined sites.

Can I re-import it?
Whats the file extension called?
If its corrupt or its disappeared how can I import it from DW 4?

I don't fancy re-programming all 100+ sites ftp info.

Ok, I stopped having a heart attack and got the sites back, The answer is to restore your registry.

That does pose a good question. Is there a good way to import all your sites at once into a new install of dreamweaver?

(I know you can export and import one at a time, but when you have 50 or more sites, that's a pain!)

I once downloaded a set of files which backed up and restored the DW4 registry entries.
