DW4 - Blank/Default Document

Anyone know how to edit the darn thing?

I'd like to edit the html code in the blank/default document to include DOCTYPE, some meta tags, and other miscellany.

Anyone know how to accomplish this? I figure I must be missing something in the Help files, or I'm just plain using the wrong names for things when I search.

Look in \DWinstallfolder\Configuration\Templates\

... edit the default.htm or .html file, and off you go.
