He uses global search and replace to change things like the copyright notice. That goes fine, but he has to then ckick on and save everyone of his 600+ pages seperately to make the changes final.
It seems to me that there must be a "save all" function that will save all pages that have been opened, modified, but if so he can't find it.
Any guidance would be appreciated
Usually I resorted to closing FP down after search and replace and clicking very fast on yes to each "do you want to save this file...."
Not the most practical way but don't know of a better way for FP

May be the same in FP2000, I'm using 2002. After search and replace I just select the Publish Web link on the toolbar, it will prompt you to save all the changed pages prior to publishing and you can do that with a single click. There has to be an easier way......
