Receiving js error when inserting Flash content

Using DW 8.02

When I try to insert a standard SWF file into a web page i receive this error (screenshot below).

[img.photobucket.com...]

Then when I click OK I receive this error

[img.photobucket.com...]

I tried deleting the WinFileCache-*.dat file but it did not work.

Any help in this problem?
