Drop down behavior not working in DW

Using a template (DWT) and this action is not working?

Hello:

I'm confused, I cannot use the some of the behaviors while using a template in DW. Any suggestions?

This might seem obvious, but have you been to the Macromedia (as was), Adobe (as is) website and had a look at their technical library?

For example TN 14797 is titled
"Adding behaviors to templates and documents created from templates"

It explains all about how the editable region concepts get right in the way!
