making columns < 4 pixes

Has anyone else had any issues making columns in DRMW 8 that are < 4 pixels; even with a spacer.gif; it does not allow me to resize less then 4.

No never even without a spacer, has dreamweaver set the tables cellspacing and cellpadding to "0"?

outrun is right, also check if there is a upstream css style affecting your table, like what can happen with a nested table or a body style.

You might also need to check if there is a "&nbsp;" in the cell. That prevents it from going any smaller than the line height.

I know DW MX2004 adds them in automatically, but I'm not sure if DW 8 does it too.
