Xsite Pro

How good is it?

I am thinking about purchasing Xsite Pro because I have heard that it is the fastest way to build Web sites, even with NO technical knowledge (e.g., of HTML, etc.). Does anyone know anything about this program? Is is worth the $197.00 cost? Thanks.
