I'm looking for usage statistics. In the US I've read that it's about 80% Dreamweaver. Anyone with crediible data? In leau of data, how about experience in the Mexican market and an educated guess?

I don't know, but I'm very skeptical of that 80% figure for Dreamweaver in the U.S. Among graphic designers, maybe, especially since so many graphic designers use Macs and FrontPage isn't available for that platform. But in the general business population? That seems highly unlikely.

Usage for what? To code websites?
I agree that the percentage seems awfully high.
Are these people who have no knowledge of HTML or people who code for a living?
