PHP editor similar to DW

looking for one with split code/design screen

I taught myself asp w/ DW. I'm about to dive into php and I'm looking for a similar PHP editor that's perhaps better suited(easier) for PHP than DW.

I can't seem to find a Windows program (Quanta Plus for Linux does this) that splits the code and design windows up like DW does. Again I'm brand new to PHP so I'm looking for the total newbie, point-&-click app.

Dreamweaver MX is pretty good for this if you setup a local server, and make Dreamweaver MX recognise the server you can also get some various plugins for Dreamweaver like interakt, just really depends on what you want to do.
