I first posted this problem on 9/22. When I attempt to establish a DB connection it does verify and appears to register. When I go back to web settings the connections are gone. I have tried both 'file & folder' and DNS. Have checked the following:
Permissions (Admin with full control)
Extensions (Snap-in and IIS5 property page)
IIS 5 for application default for the web directory.
Also have checked global.asa and asp code pages. Global does update when I use web settings.
I did manage to create a new web folder and was able to establish DB connections, created a simple asp page just to test and lo and behold the page won't load!
The original web folder loads the page but returns the results error.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
