Browser difficulties

Hi,
Sorry if some of my questions are too simple but can anybody direct me in correcting errors that come up in my 'Target Browser Check' when working with Dreamweaver e.g.
-Padding does not render reliably and often causes overlapped or missing content when applied to inline elements.(Netscape Navigator)
-The onload attribute of the IMG tag is not supported...
There are more but I don't want to bombard you kind people!

You can check your pages here:

[w3.org...]

This will give you a few clues as to the problems if you are attempting to comply with a certain validation.
