Shared Borders in Front Page 2002

K, I'm brand new to web design, and I thought I'd start off with Front Page 2002, but I have a problem...

I want shared borders on the top, left and right. But when I do this, the top border goes all the way across the top of the page.

Instead, I want the left and right borders to go all the way to the top of the page, with the top border in between them. Is there anyway to do that with FP 2002, or html I should use?

Also, is there a way to place a text box inside or border?

Thanks in advance.

You will get a lot more flexibility if you use FrontPage Includes [webmasterworld.com] instead of the Shared Borders, which are problematic.

Wow. Thanks, Bill. I'm gonna print up the info on Include Page and get to work on that in the morning.

Stay away from shared borders!
Infact apart from "includes" stay far away from other frontpage tools.

really the trouble is more than the benefit. I learned the hard way.
