"_vti_cnf" Showing up in SE using FrontPage2000

_vti_cnf is showing up in SE. I use FrontPage 2000

Since Google's Bourban update I have noticed that the bots from G, MSN, and Yahoo are all picking up pages with _vti_cnf. For example: www.MyDomaineName.com/ThisSection/_vti_cnf/ThisPage.htm
I never noticed this happening before, but it may have always been a problem and I just did not notice because I actually had traffic back then.
Anyway, can anyone tell me why these pages are showing up and if there is anything I can do to stop it.

How about puting
disallow: /ThisSection/_vti_cnf/
in your robots.txt?
