Moving Dreamweaver templates to another site

Building the site in advance for viewing before uploading to the domain

Hi,

I have built a site for a client and have tagged it onto the back of my own website for the client to view and approve before uploading it to his domain. Is there a correct way of moving all the templates and files over to another site so all the links remain relative to the files? The directory structure won't be the same as currently the client website sits at: www.mydomain.com/clients/clientname/web, and the templates sit at the root of my site. Ultimately the client files will simply sit at www.theirdomain.com.

Any insight would be really appreciated.
