Hi all!
I am looking for a Program/Editor that can clean my .txt docs from all unnecessary carriage returns, tabs, etc that are stored on a document if copied from a WYSIWYG program!

The best and EASYest program I have found is called Test Editor (shareware) at [comp4learn.com...] which I think is completely awesome. This program is exactly what I was looking for BUT it can not clean more than 1 file at a time!

I need one that cleans multiple docs and is fairly easy to use.

If you know a program that can do this would you please post here? Thanks a lot!

The above URL for the program I am talking about is free to download so if you have the time or are curious you can download it from there, try it, and tell me what you think?!

I use HTML Pro [exit0.com]
It has a Unix to Dos Conversion that removed all control characters across multiple files.

They have free 30 day trial to download [exit0.com]

I have no affiliation with the above site

To add to this here are a couple of html processors that have been useful to me on the odd occasion:

HTML tidy - makes your code look pretty

HTML crunch - does the opposite, gets rid of extra whitespace
