Pasting into the HTML section of FP

When I paste codes from websites directly into the HTML section of my site on FP, it keeps all the formatting from the text on the site I got it from, adding all this bad code. How do I get it to paste unformatted in that section? Paste Special is grayed out.

What version of FP are you using? With FP 2003 I get paste options everytime I paste. I just choose 'text only' to remove the formatting.

Try pasting into notepad to strip out the extra coding and the copy that from notepad into FP
