Netobjects Alternative

I manage a fairly large site; 137 screens, 100+ jpgs and apx 250,000 words, built with NOF MX.

I need to change to an application with which both I and the site owner can edit, which is a monumental hassle with NOF.

Rebuilding it is out of the question, I need an app that will import it intact.

Neither Homesite or Namo will do this.

Any suggestions?
