Editing templates

Does it edit existing pages?

I'm a complete newbie to templates in FrontPage, and I have a simple question. If I make a page using a certain template, and then I change the template, does the existing page automatically change?

If you are using FP 2003's Dynamic Web Templates [office.microsoft.com] that is exactly what is supposed to happen. I don't have any experience with them personally. They require hosting on a server with SharePoint service enabled, e.g., Windows Server 2003.
