Suggest a software to track up to 50 terms and 50 positions?

My client would like to track his Website positioning for 50 key words, for up to the 50th position.

Can anyone recommend a software to faciliitate this so the work does not need to be done manually?

I concur with DigitalPoint. I use it all the time. I can now see which keywords need attention as they start falliing in rank.
