Let's list every way for each SE

Because backward links are so important to good SERP placement, and the same questions about how to determine them come up every month, I thought we could all contribute to a definitive thread on this. To make it easier for those not familiar with backward links I've placed the queries in square brackets [ ]. (Don't include the brackets in your query.)

Google:

- of course there is the Backward Links in the Page Info dropdown menu of the Google toolbar

- the manual entry equivalent to the toolbar = [link:http://www.yoursite.com]

- related is [link:www.yoursite.com] Although it basically gives the same results as the above two, I have found that sometimes when they don't work this one does

- one that shows backward links from within and outside the site = [+www.yoursite.+com]

- you can also just type in your url [www.yoursite.com] and when the SERP comes up it will list your site and a list of options. Go to "contain the term" and this will also list backward links. (This is the same as [+www.yoursite.+com])

- similar to the previous one is [www.yoursite.com "Keyword or page title or site name"]

- also you can just search for unique terms or names on your site that might be included in backward links.

How about other SE's?
