Should I pay more?

Hello,

I just submitted my first "free" press release at prweb and I ended up paying 40 bucks then I got an email that said they will help me optimize my distribution and that I will qualify for advanced distribution options including eMediawire distribution, Yahoo! & Google News Inclusion, and much more...if I pay another 40 bucks.

So - should I pay?
