.net nuke pages masked

Dynamic asp.net pages are masked to html pages

Hi,
I have my whole site developed in .net nuke.
My all url's are dynamic.
I have masked this dynamic url's to static url's.
For. E.g:
Dynamic URL: /$&web%sites.aspx is changed to
Static URL: /web-sites.html

I would like to know whether it is essential to give a re-direct (301 or 302) which one is more suitable to transfer all traffic from static url to dynamic URL.

DO let me know.
