Strange message in GoogleAdwords today

Can someone help me understand this?

This message popped up today when I locked in to check my accounts:

AdWords Select will be offline for maintenance from Aug 7, 2002 1:25:00 AM PDT to Aug 3, 2002 1:26:00 AM PDT

I know you use different time-signature in the US but I did not know you count backwards :)

Can someone help me understand what they mean…??
