I found 3 related "Search Terms" on Overture totaling more than 1.3 million searches in the month of May. Believe it or not 6 cents will get you the number one or two position.....

What should I do?
Create an info page on a similar topic with affiliate banners or find a product to sell that's related to those terms?

How many hits would you actually expect to be relevant?
If it is word that stretches across many topics, such as "sun" or "water", I would say it is pretty useless. You will get tons of hits, but very few qualified ones.

Without giving away what I had in mind to sell...
The banner on the page would offer a service that 52% of US households could use according to statistics....

Also, the service is low cost but I can make $100 per sale so my closing ratio doesn't have to be that high to make money unless I'm missing something...

Give it a test run of $50 or so.

Be warned that Overture can be total turkeys sometimes, if you're trying to list a page that has affiliate links on it. Give careful thought to your content, and even with strong, relevant content brace yourself for a rough ride.

If the terms are not competitive in Overture, it's possible that few are going after them in the regular SEs either. Try optimizing a few pages for those terms, place your affiliate links strategically, and see what happens. You might have happened on to something that could be delightful indeed!
