Will 'free' clicks stop after 3 months

I got a 'Looksmart' email saying that if I don't activate my account 'soon' the 'free' clicks will stop after 3 months.

They originally said that we had until July to activate.
(well, we're all used to bad faith from 'Looksmart').

Anyone know if this is true? 'Soon' is very vague and this could just be a ploy to get people to activate.

Does anyone have any further information or confirmation about this?

Sounds like it to me... They've already said in writing that you have to July..

Is it possible that by activating your account (therefore agreeing to the new TOS) you may be giving up any future claim you may have against LookSmart for converting you to PPC? It seems that they are really pushing for activation and acceptance of the $300.00 credit that they're offering.
