Here is some advice, im not sure if this is event he right place to post this. But just thought i would help you when you have to deal with customer service. First of all never call angry, and dont over react. It normally leads no where. Like this morning we had some guy call in cussing up a storm, and saying we were the scum of the earth, and what not. Then some of us got some hate mail, and then he called up cs and did the same. Now, that leads nowhere, if anything it becomes a joke in the office. Always be calm, and if you have to be firm but yet repectful, and demand the same respect. If you honestly are right, and are sure of it, and you feel you have been cheated you can always threat with charging back, even if you cant if you tell them that you will charge back, they will listen to you more, and try to help you. Tell them your going to cancel, it work better on smaller engines, im sure large ones like overture could care less, but alot do care if you cancel. And dont expect stuff for free. We get people all the time that try to get as much as they can for free. They will tell one of us that a coworker said they could get something for free, and they try to pin coworker against coworker. It doesnt work, and if they catch on that your lieing they will probably not deal with you anymore. If you buy banners make sure you get a link to track them. Dont always blame the search engine for lack of track, look at your placement, and wording. These things whould hopefully make your dealing with customer service better. If you ever feel you are being cheated, or something is wrong, make an investigation. And make sure youre not being cheated. Well thats my 2 cents.
