Hiya,
Just a quick Q...

A few weeeks ago I went to sign up for an account with Overture and it was declined due to an issue with our billing address and monies were completely refunded to us..

However when doing a search at Overture we are somehow appearing in the results ???

And it loks like (in Overture admin) that we arent paying a cent for it ??

Can this be right ?

hmmmm...says you're paying $.09 for it. If you set up the account you should see the email address any Overture mail would go to, read any mail they sent you and go through the whole thing. Apparantly you have an account, so you need to find out your login information. Or if you know it go ahead and check out your listings and you'll find that there.

Things that could've happened: in the email received from Overture you might have thought your listing as a whole didn't get accepted, but if you look a little lower it will show keywords that were accepted even though the first thing you see are declined URL's and those are often turned down.

Go back and check any emails you have from Overture.

Thanks for the reply ;)

I logged into my account and the balance is showing :

Account Balance: $0.00
Average Daily Click Charges: $0.00
Estimated Account Depletion:0 days

And there is no reports At All ??

So how can I be still appearing in the search results ?

The last email I recieved from them was about a month ago to say that they refunded our initial deposit/startup costs..
