Life after Overture?

After trying overture, what's next?

I gave Overture a try this week and had some success with it.

I'd like to try another PPC engine, but I'm not sure which one.

So, after Overture, which one comes next? :)

PS I'm targeting the US

Thanks. :)

Before trying anything more exotic, I wanted to try another PPC engine first.

Which one would you recommend? If Overture is number one, who is number two? :)

Probably something like ah-ha.com or Google AdWords (I have used both), but I really think you should take what Brett said seriously. You will be much more effective in the long term with the suggestions he gave.

frr, there are well over a hundred out there, so be warned that there could be 10 people jumping in here saying, "Try mine, try mine." ;)

Google AdWords is good, even for the additional statistical info provided, and I believe I also remember being FindWhat being mentioned as viable.

There are some long-term members here as well as others who have given feedback in previous threads in this forum, so to get the most complete view, put up the coffee pot and start reading through; there have been some good discussions. It's definitely worth your while.

Brett's suggestion is the enduring one, and while PPC may be a good option, the standard marketing methods outlined probably give the best return on effort and resources when you're in it for the long haul.

And I do. I'm taking care of the long run, but unfortunately, the long-run takes a long time to give results. ;)

I need to think of the short term too. :)
