Hello everybody,
I was searched at overture with key word london hotels - on page "http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/" can everybody see
"How many times that term was searched on last month " (for last month 167079)and I would like to know where are their resources comes from, how they measure this?

From all portals and partner sites [90% of their traffic] + some influence from bid tracking software. So use it only as a guide.

Where is the Search Term Suggestion Tool?
The Search Term Suggestion tool is located in the "Add Search Listings" section of DirecTraffic Center®. The tool provides a list of popular search terms. When you type a word in, our suggested search terms tool will offer a list of related terms that were searched on last month that you may wish to add to your account. This useful tool also tells you how many times that search term was searched upon the previous month. If you find search terms that are relevant to your site, bid on them!
