Overture endangeres my rankings elsewhere?

Now when Overture has deals with many major search engines are my non-Overture listings on those engines in danger if I use the same domain with them than with Overture?

My reasoning is that if some search engines don't tolerate more than one page per domain in top 10 or so, why they don't start checking for the existence of an Overture listing on their search results page and if they find one, they'll lower the domain's ranking on their non-Overture results?

Any ideas?

I personally haven't seen any evidence of it happening. I think it is unlikely that Search Engines analyse the results they are being delivered from PPC engines, it's simply an XML feed that is "blindly" displayed in their own format.
