I spent a good hunk of change on some high bids at Overture for a few days to test the waters some. The money I placed in there has dried up and now they are asking me to deposit a pretty high amount to cover three days of the average daily spending amount.

So now I have to replenish the funds, drop the bids, and wait for a while for the average daily charge to drop in order to get back to my original minimum amount? Is there any other way around this without having to deposit all this money at once?

Send me a SM with your user name
I'll call billing for you.
It's worth a try.

I have had this problem in the past also. I called and was able to get the minimum dropped "this one time. But don't do it again."

You could try closing the accnt and re-opening a new one.

Yes, you could but you would have to enter the data again and run the RISK of getting an editor who is having a bad hair day.
