Even though the process returned "Approved" results pages, indicating that credit card transactions were processed, and approved, account balances did not reflect so.
We used the online customer support function, and emailed support, late last night. All of our accounts showed the correct updated balances as of 9AM EST US this morning.
We called FindWhat customer service to verify their problem, as we doubled up credit card transactions on some accounts.
FindWhat admitted the function did go down, and affected both "Add Funds" functions, both "On Demand", and "Auto-Replenish"...
They also indicated that both functions are operating correctly now.
But our PPC Tracking software indicates "otherwise".. Many active accounts in Findwhat, show huge bidgaps, where we could reduce bid, and maintain current position in FindWhat's index... Some accounts we could reduce bid on 70% of our keywords.
