Straight up, I've tried most of them - and most of them suck. I've only talked with a couple people making anything at all with them. I've written them off.

Overture is by far the most respected ppc but not eveyone can pay as much as their current key words are presently set at. There are also a number of other high quality ppc's... but be careful - many of them over rate their site and don't offer what they promise. The key to a successful ppc campaign is to slect your ppc wisely and then set up your account and keywords as intelligently as possible.
