Praise for GoTo Service

I just had a really good experience with GoTo. I hadn't opened a new account in a while, but this past weekend I did that for a new client. The experience was definitely up several notches from the recent past.

I submitted the information on Sunday evening, and early Monday afternoon I received a personal phone call from one of the editors. He verified a few details, and all the listings were active about 18 hours after submission. This blew me away!

Even if the phone call is a layer of security (it certainly may be) it was very personable. That kind of speed and service can only help them grow.

That's what I thought, but it did happen. For some reason, I'm getting very fast turn-around times from GoTo right now.

Later on Monday I submitted some new keywords and some description changes and they also were through the editorial review and live in under 24 hours. Maybe the turn-around time is unusually fast right now, or maybe GoTo added editorial staff.

Whatever the reason, I sure like it. They still say 3-5 days, but they beat that twice.

Somehow worked for me too, couple weeks back. No phone call, but the terms were live in 3 HOURS. The client was ecstatic. The account was already existing, but we used a new URL. We have a sales rep assigned, but went through the regular online form.
I LOVE that speed of service.

I just setup another new account at 4:30pm EST Aug 8, and got approval confirmation back, stamped 9:23 EST - SAME DAY.
Five hours, not 3 - 5 days. Granted it was only one listing. Lets see how the other 389 listings go.

Over the last year and a half, I have had great service with Goto.

However I have seen some weird stuff in my logs lately from MSN.

Off topic search terms that have no relation to site content.

Not sure if they are from GoTo listings or not.

Anyone else seeing this?

Those other 389 terms referenced above in this thread? less than 14 hours. I am impressed, so is the client. GoTo editors are working hard for our money.
Turnaround has been VERY fast for the last few months.

WELL, it is September gang and:

GoTo.com traded at $14.37 in the early going, up 6 percent on the day. It's trading well above its 52-week low of $4.81 struck in December of last year.
