Goto Tool does include affiliates in Search Tool results

I was talking to a rep at GoTo today, and he mentioned that the results from the goto search term tool do count the numbers of searches from affiliates such as MSN, etc.
The reason I am posting this is because I remember a post *somewhere* around here asking that question. I can't find that thread to save my life.

The change in the numbers was pretty dramatic after Goto started showing up on Aol and other search engines.
