I remember seeing something about you had to be in the top three or the top five for it to work.
The reason I ask is there has been a 30% drop in the bid price in my category.

Different partners use different amounts, If your in the top 2 you'll be on all the partner sites, If you're in the top 3 you'll be on all but netscape.
