Is Something Wrong With The Overture Web Site Today?

Can't sign up for it...tried 3x...got an "internal server message"

Anyone know if there's a problem with overture.com. I tried to sign up for pay-per-click, and every time I got to my billing info, it wouldn't submit it. Instead, it said that there was an "internal server error" and that I should try again later.

1) I hope I didn't get charged 3x for doing this!
2) Is anyone else having this problem with overture today?

I tried to change the payment plan on one of my accounts. I just got an error....says a lot about Yahoo! IMO...

Have paused both my yahoo US (bad targeting - shows ads to anyone who uses yahoo.com) and yahoo UK (not meeting the minimum spend).
Lets hope their 'new and improved' version will be some good.
