Right after I have joined overture, I found my site ranking has a significant boost. Ranked #1 in several keyphases which brings me a lot of traffic.

But recently when my overture account is about 10 days before all my credits got used up, I found my site is found nowhere under yahoo.

Anyone has experienced before? I think Im gonna add back the credits in overture, and see if things will change.

Do let us know what happens.
Not sure about Yahoo but Google states that an Adwords account will have no effect on your organic results on the SERPs

Yup Google very strongly states that having (or not having), an adwords account wont affect your organic results. Though there are people who believe otherwise. Not done any SEO, so I wouldnt know.

Just out of curiosity, did you check the listings yourself and see that they were organic? Some rank checker apps that I've seen don't differentiate between paid and organic listings. (probably the ones used by shady SEOs who promise #1 listings every time.)

For what it's worth, I haven't seen a strong correlation between organic listings and paid listings on Yahoo!, but that certianly doesn't mean that it isn't there.
