How to export my keyword listings.

I need to do some massive updates on my keyword listings. Is there a way to export all the listings in the format that shows bids, catagory & keyword? Better yet in the exact format the submission builder uses that you can upload with?

if is for importing keywords, bids, etc. to MSN adCenter, but it also explains how to get the items you are referring to. I hope it helps.
