Broken site - Ads getting Denied.

How does YSM decide if a site is broken?

I submitted a page to Yahoo Search and their reviewer came back saying it was declined due to "Insufficient Content". The page had 177 words. I upped it to 520 words and resubmitted.

It was against declined with the following two reasons:

Insufficient Content and Broken Site

By Broken Site, do they mean there might be a link on any of my pages on the site that is broken or that they cannot get to the page I wanted to send them to?

It means that when their bot tried to go to your site, it believed that it was down or you entered the wrong url. This happens fairly often - even if your site and the url were ok. Nothing you can do except resubmit the "broken site" keywords.
