Overture Balance Figures

I really wish that they would sort this out.

I add £100 to one account in the morning, then by 15:57 I get an e-mail saying the balance is down to £79.96. This matches what is displayed in the account. Now I know that this is wrong because it has happened before.

I come into work this morning and there is another e-mail received at 02:43 saying that the balance is £91.29. This is without adding any more money to the account.

If Yahoo! can't even do their sums correctly is there any hope for the future!?!

do you think it could have something with invalid clicks? not that i think yahoo are clever enough or care enough about their advertisers to give them a credit for them.

I did think about that but it is probably just some kind of random Yahoo! error! I have now e-mailed to ask them...

Well I have received a reply from them.

Basically they have said these e-mails are sent automatically and that I received two in error.

That doesn't really explain the difference in amounts though...on the e-mails and in the DTC itself!
