Why should I pay this?

Ok, I restored an old account yesterday and added only $25 to it. That ran out in about 10 minutes so I added another 25... and another... and another until my account went down to $0 and I had enough of playing tonight and i'll just add $500 tommorow afternoon since I don't like night traffic.

Well I check my account and I have a negative $91 balance. Ummm who said I wanted to be charged even though my account balance is $0? Dosen't make sense to me. Is there any way I can get my account back to $0? I don't know what keywords I was charged for (whats so hard about implementing real-time stats?) but I got 0 conversations out of that when I usually get 3 or 4 out of $25.

On another side note, am I the only one they rewrite listings for? I run a mp3 website and I have listings talking about lance armstrong, makes no sense and is costs me money and time.

Had the same problem. Give them a rough time on the phone. Tell them you refuse to pay and you will go to adwords if this is not corrected. U did not ask for your account to be run past 0. Tell them you authorized only a certain amount and its breaking the law to charge more than that. They will fix it if they want your business....they did for me
