TImezone for YSM keyword reports?

I've been looking all over, and I can't seem to find any information regarding timezone info for YSM keyword reports. Would anyone happen to know what timezone the reports are in?

The closest I could get to an answer is here:

It's a Google cache of an Overture page, which appears not to exist anymore. But it says that as of at least 2/22, reports are in PST.

What I've been wondering is, if I get an Account Activity Detail report for just 2/28, will it include clicks from 2/28 00:00 PST to 2/28 23:59 PST, or from 2/27 16:00 GMT to 2/28 15:59 GMT?

I hope that's clear enough, and thanks in advance for any help.

Overture/YSM time is PST and reports should be updated at around 5am PST each day.

Daily reports cover the complete day - midnight to midnight PST.
