I always have the problem that OVERTURE spends past 0.00 (and runs past like $10 and wants me to pay even though I didn't ask to be billed past 0)

Well this time I set my Category max at .60 cents and of course one of the keywords inside the category they said was set at 5.50 so my account was negative -$15 in a couple mins. Which make no sense since it should have been at .60 cents. Well not only that but I have two tranactiion out of my bank account for around $45 each because I accidentally hit submit button twice. Well I have the Active CC set when I submit the money but then swich to an inactive card because I don't like to be bill automatically when account hits 0. WELL I wrote to them about the account going past 0 and the keyword that was being charged 5.50 for. They said not only am I stuck with that but the card I specified for payment was inactive and so they charged be $90 dollars more. EVEN though my active card was charged for the $90. So they just took $90 from me and won't respond to emails.

Yahoo likes to have money on reserve, if you don't like them digging into your account like that, it's best not to use them.

well they need to give me the money back they took. I don't owe $90. They said i never paid...my bank account says differently.

You need to call them back I just got off the phone with them and they stated the budget had been removed, I explained that the budget had never changed and that I had not signed into the account since the end of Kawanzaa (jan 2,) to take those holiday listings offline. They have a rouge piece of software that is removing the budgets on accounts. Not only that the listing report is not accurate as I could not see what listing received clicks that would have thrown us over budget. To end this long story they are crediting the account, so call them back. This problem is being reported on several forums.

Trust me I understand. They actually have some money of mine from doing the same thing to me. Thankfully it is a small amount and they can keep it until I decide whether or not I want to terminate my account with them.

Try calling and working it out again. I know the situation is a pain in the backside.
