Difference between Yahoo's Sponsored Search and Search Submit Express

Hi,
What is the difference between Yahoo's Sponsored Search and Search Submit Express? As I understand, in Sponsored Search you can bid for your keywords and your site gets listed based on the amount you bid. And in submit Express, your site gets crawled every 48 hours and it is guaranteed to get included in Yahoo's search results. What exactly is the difference between the two? Isn't the Search Submit Express similar to getting included in Yahoo's search results without paying for it?

Search submit express is about the organic listings. If your site changes often, you can have Yahoo crawl the site on a very regular basis.

If your site is banned from Yahoo, often you can use site submit to be reincluded (although you're now paying for it).

In addition, search submit gives you statistics about the SERPs and other things.

Yahoo sponsored search is the PPC listings on Yahoo and partner sites - a completely different part of the search result pages.
