Is there anything equivalent to the Google API in Yahoo Search Marketing? I sent and email to Overture Advertiser Web Services once, I never got an answer back. Anyone familiar with this system?

Yahoo has had an API for a few years. Its priced on a CPM basis for calls, and the more you spend the less the API costs.
If you have a rep, they should be able to put you in touch with someone on the API team.
