They charged our credit card six times for $400 during the last 12 hours.
Usually our account depletes $400 in 10 days. They definately have a problem.
Called them and also found that the support phone is down. May be they are flooded by the calls due to bogus charges...

I was on the phone when the fire alarms went off. There were loud sirens in the background. The rep obviously had to stop her phone call with me...

If it was the fire alarms, what is with that building? I know of at least 2 other occasions in the last year when they've gone off and customer service was suspended.
