Overture Conversion Counter

Does anybody use the Yahoo Overture conversion counter. If so can you give me your experience with the following:

1) Does the tracking code cause any problems or have you had any problems with it?

2) Does it track accurately?

Please feel free to share any other experiences you had with it.

I have a read a few posts about people complaining that it does not work well, which may be true, but I know a lot on these boards is people venting so most posts will be negative since people who have a good experience don't really talk about it.

for the entire month of november it was underreporting sales significantly. i would have secondary tracking in place if you are spending anything more than $50/day.
