Keyword Grouping Question

want all keywords in a group to be top 5, with £1 max bid

Ok heres what I want to do:

Upload 5000 keywords, lets say I have those split into 50 groups of 100 keywords, each group having the same description.

I want to bid a maximum of £1 for each keyword and only bid if that gets my keyword into the top 5.

Say for example 1 keyword would only get as high as 20th with a £1 max bid, but I dont want to bid as this isnt a high enough position.

Is the only way to go about this by checking each keyword individually and deleting them if they dont come high enough for £1? Can i automate this in any way?

Im new into PPC so I hope this makes sense.
